Should I wear tights with a wrap dress?
I am going to an event where I will need to wear a dress. I am considering purchasing this dress because it’s simple, affordable and appropriate for the occasion I am attending:

I have a large tattoo on the side of my calf, and I would prefer that it be hidden for this event. I was thinking of wearing black opaque tights, but I don’t know if they are correct to wear with a wrap dress.
I do not want to wear a sweater dress or jumper, despite the fact that they look nice with tights. I don’t like that style and it will look too young and casual.
Note: Pantyhose are sheer, thus defeating the point of my question. I am attempting to cover up a large tattoo, which is why I am opting for opaque tights.
Your other option, since you’re on the fence about dark tights with the dress, is to find a concealing cream to hide the tattoo. Then a pair of hose of any shade (but not TOO sheer) would do well to hide any color mismatch between the concealer and your skin.
